CUSTOMER STORY / ELTEN
ELTEN: Reconnecting established commerce operations.
Migration from a legacy ERP to NEKOM, connecting distributed B2B and B2C processes through a shared operations platform.
Developing an established system landscape
Distributed B2B and B2C workflows, manual work and disconnected systems made development more difficult.
The existing legacy ERP solution was replaced by the NEKOM Business Operations Platform. B2B and B2C commerce, service and operational workflows were brought together in one platform.

Marketplaces form part of the commerce workflows on the NEKOM Business Operations Platform. Product data is managed through automation alongside the other sales channels. Marketplace sales were integrated into the central platform for commerce, service and business operations.
